    Premixed lightweight thermal insulating Bound EPS (BEPS) mortar of high mechanical performances, reinforced with fibers.

    Premixed lightweight thermal insulating Bound EPS (BEPS) mortar , reinforced with polypropylene fibers, for thermal insulation and simultaneous gradient formation. It is made of virgin polystyrene EPS (N) beads, 2mm grain size, premixed with special additives, fibers, sand and cement 500 Kg/m3 dry density.
    It is applied externally or/and internally in varying thicknesses. It  is suitable for every type of water insulation as weel as the direct gluing of ceramic tiles, marble, stone etc. Ideal for low to zero energy consumption buildings. Fulfills the requirements of the Greek thermal insulation regulation.
     

  • Notes

    ■ 1 bag covers 1m2 of 7cm thickness.
    ■ Can be mixed with cement mixer or power tool mixer
    ■ Can be mixed and pumped with mixer type "Turbomalt" or similar
    ■ Can be mixed and pumped with Politerm and Poliplus machine
    ■ Can be mixed and pumped with lightweight concrete machines
    ■ Can be mixed and pumped with "Turbosol" type pump.
